An app commonly associated with start ups and small business, Slack came to us to help them show enterprises that there’s a better way to work. Traditionally enterprises are pretty siloed places intent on using emails.
Slack was going through it's rebrand at this time so we had to work closely with their internal design team to get buy in and develop a distinctive look for enterprise whilst still keeping the Slack mojo at heart.
We developed a look and feel within the Slack brand to signal this content was for Enterprises. Including an illustration style that not only allowed us to tell different stories for different LoB’s (Sales, HR, Engineering etc) but also a system that allowed us to work at speed – we had over 40 pieces of content to role out in just over 3 months.
The huge amount of work consisted of downloadable content and a series of mini-demos using animated gifs. We also created a video ‘show and tell’ web library showcasing all the quirks and nuggets marketeers, engineers and project managers love about slack.
